ACCOUNTABILITEIS:
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, Corporate and other regulatory standards for quality and safety of all areas of responsibility.
- Ensure processes are being improved for Safety, Compliance and Operational Efficiency.
- Ensure assigned tasks are being completed by due date.
- Maintain records of work completed and in process as well as results.
- Develop plans for Continuous Improvement Actions.
- Lead activities to implement Continuous Improvement activities
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in developing project list.
- Be able to work on all three shifts as needed.
- Provide guidance for Operations as needed.
- Be able to handle multiple tasks at one time.
- Develop training materials.
- Conduct training sessions.
- Perform other related duties as required & lead by example
- Attend and conduct meetings in Packaging Manager Absence.
- Perform other duties as required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Position requires the ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs unassisted
- Majority of workday is performed while standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing
- Requires the ability community effectively using speech, vision and hearing
- Requires the use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
- Requires bending, squatting, reaching, pushing, climbing
- Requires the ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Some exposure to hazardous chemicals and other active chemical ingredients
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must be able to use a variety of tools, equipment, and machinery
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 10 years’ experience in Pharmaceutical GMP environment plus 5 years supervisory experience required
