TITLE: Utility Operator – 1st Shift
DEPARTMENT: Processing
OCCUPATIONAL SUMMARY:
Safely perform a variety of sanitation, equipment cleanings, and other related duties. Operate packaging equipment and check processing batch production.
Accountabilities

Clean and sanitize all processing equipment according to procedure. Prime lines and complete batch record initiations. Properly fill out all procedures and batch records including filter information and tags.

Responsibilities

Assist maintenance personnel in the setup of miscellaneous lines, removal and re-assembly of rotating joints, and other related duties.
Assist processing technicians in the weighing and manufacturing of batches.
Maintain an assortment of logs and records on cleaning activities and filters. Maintain utility supplies, equipment, and storage areas in a neat and orderly fashion.
Perform other related duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school degree or the equivalent.
Minimum of two years of related experience.
